Royal Mail 48-Tracked (3-5 working days): £3.25

Royal Mail 24-Tracked(1-2 working days): £5.25

 

UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 (pending on what you select at checkout). Please note that whilst your order will be dispatched immediately, it can take longer than the above time frames when there are strikes or other delays. If you need your order more immediately, please get in touch and we will organise a courier at cost.

Orders to Europe and the rest of the world are sent with DPD or DHL. In most cases, your order will reach you within 4 working days but please allow longer for delays. If you need your order more urgently, please get in touch and we will arrange express courier delivery at cost.

 

RETURNS

 

We hope you will be completely happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to consider a refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis. Please note, that as our products are beauty, this will be treated reasonably and we cannot offer a refund or exchange on every item for the health & safety of our customers as we don't resell returned items. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

 

To make a Return, please forward an email with your Order Number to info@cheseditions.com stating the reason for your return or exchange (and in the case of an exchange, what you would like to replace it with). Please ensure that your parcel is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or trackable international courier. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office. We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received to our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. 

 

Please be aware that it can take 3 to 5 working days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement. If, after sending your parcel back you have not heard from us, please get in touch at info@cheseditions.com 

 

Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process. 

 

Important notice regarding shipping to Rest of World

 

Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for all taxes, duties and processing costs. We can only offer refunds if the goods are returned to us so if you do not pay any taxes and duties that are due (and this means the courier cannot deliver your parcel), we are unable to refund or cancel your order. The courier service will not return goods to us if you do not pay your duties and taxes hence we are unable to refund you.
