Shipping

To the UK:

We like to pride ourselves on super speedy shipping; as we want you to start enjoying The Ultimate Oil and all of our products right away! We offer two types of shipping which are both tracked courier:

1-3 Day Tracked with Evri: £5.25 and free above orders over £50

In the event of loss on orders shipped on our usual tracked service, if the item is tracked as delivered and signed for with proof of delivery and you claim not to have received it, we will ask you to fill out a claims form and will offer a replacement. Please note, we cannot guarantee refunds if the item shows as delivered nor can we offer refunds or assume responsibility for your delivery in the instance that an item is rerouted from the original delivery address on your order. In these instances, if maximum delivery attempts have failed or the parcel has been rerouted and then returned to us, we may not be able to offer you a refund on shipping. It is important you get in contact with us as soon as possible if you haven't received your parcel. If however the item is showing as lost by the courier service, we will send out an immediate replacement in either case or offer a refund if that is your preference.

International Orders:

5-7 Day Tracked with FedEx: £25 or free for orders above £100

Customs and Duties:

Please be aware that for international orders, customs charges may apply on top of the shipping costs. 

Refunds & Returns

For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on our products. In the rare instance that your product arrives faulty or damaged, please forward an image or video of the faulty item to info@cheseditions.com and we will immediately send out a replacement item.
